Lots of room

Works well to hold my vitamins. The compartments are big enough. They do not just flip open. There is a little nib that you have to lift off the other little nib. This might be difficult for someone with arthritis issues or dexterity problems. I kind of wish I got the flip up kind because this is sort of annoying, but it was part of a pick up and it was the substitution. The plus side is that this isn't spilling if you drop it.

It is so difficult to find a large pill minder- especially if you take several a day. The plastic thickness is on point with the price, but has held up well. It's not difficult for me to push the tab to open. I bought it for the large size more than any other reason

When I received this item, one of the lids had a broken clasp. I glue it and it is working fine. The lids stay secure but for the elderly, it is had sto access your pills as you have to push under the clasp and it is very stiff. The material of the box is a thick plastic so other than the clasp it is very durable.
