These patches were very effective for nerve pain in my spine I had immediate relief from the pain and the effects lasted until I removed the patch. My Doctor recommended leaving the patch on for 12 hours and I had relief from the pain the whole time I had it on.

Worth a try
I need a knee replacement and I tried these to see if I get relief. I did indeed. It seems to work for over 8 hours for me and although the pain wasn't 100% gone, it took away the constant brain reminder. I got relief. You might want to pick up some paper tape to better secure it as they can roll on the edges. They do nothing for my husband, so that's why I suggest, it's worth a try.

Excellent product! I've tried about every OTC meds. %26 even gave Voltaren a try. This is 4% lidocaine %26 has helped me more than anything! I use tape or band aids to secure the patches. Esp. as body temp may be warmer it keps patch in place. I would put the equate next to any of the more expensive meds. It's been very helpful for my knee pain.
