Sceptical at first, I have finished by recognising that these patches really bring relief. I use it mainly on the back and/or the shoulders. It especially helps at night for several (4/5) hours because pain wakes me up and so with the help of these patches my sleep is better. Also the adhesion is good because it stays on my back all night and into the morning without moving, which is a big advantage because I know I move about a lot at night.

I actually ordered the non-menthol but got them as a substitution. They do smell a bit like menthol and I use 3 at a time. They may work better when first applied then the menthol either wears off or I just don't notice the smell after a few hours. They do tingle in a nice way when first applied. They are neither easier or harder to apply than all the others I have tried and I have tried most. In closing, I cant tell the difference between these and the prescription 5% they charge $350 to $400 for.
