Good, But Expect a Little More Longevity
I've tried other pill crushers, but the easy grip of the knob design makes this one the easiest to use. I had one like this before, and the one thing I've noticed is that the interior will become completely coated in the residue. This dramatically decreases the effectiveness of the grinding surface. It can be washed, but eventually, it degrades, and the unit had to be replaced. I think it should last longer.

This is really large and easy to grip. It can be a little difficult to get the threads engaged while initially turning it with pills in the chamber. Make sure to only put one or two in at a time or it will be too hard to twist back together. Otherwise it works surprisingly well! Also works for dried herb.
