Well, hey…need more fiber? Want to keep regular? Well, this is the product for you. Have a spoonful mixed in water every day to keep things “moving”. The sugar free one gets glumped up way faster. This one at least gives you time to stir and gulp it down! If you're watching your calories, this is worth using a few to have it mix better. I won't buy the sugar free one anymore.
