I'm in my early 30s and still deal with acne and oily skin. This cleanser does the best job of taking care of the oil without overly drying out my skin. The menthol gives a nice cooling sensation, but it might be why other people had skin irritation.

By far the best OTC product I've tried
I don't understand the negative reviews. This product has been a literal life chager for me. Not only has this helped with my medication induced acne, but it has drastically diminished my painful spots that I have from hidradenitis suppurativa. If you don't mind the cooling sensation that you will feel from this, then I highly recommend.
