Stop use and ask a dentist if: gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks if you have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increasing spacing between the teeth. These may be signs or symptoms of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away.

Instructions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: vigorously swish 20 milliliters of rinse between your teeth twice a day for 30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. For children 6 years to under 12 years of age: supervise use. For children under 6 years of age: do not use. This rinse is not intended to replace brushing or flossing.

Been using this mouthwash for years. The fancy high price ones are not worth it when this one does the job! It's not too strong. I use it once in the morning and once in the evening. Perfect size bottle. When I go to the dentist, I have no plaque and the ingredients, I've had no problem or no allergic reaction to it. My breath smells wonderful.

I've been using this product for years. I like the green color the best, the mint. I can't afford Listerine so for me this is just as well for the price. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for an alternative to Listerine. And the price even in today's market is still a good fair value. I buy the huge bottle because you get three small bottles. At least for now.
