Not Good

I have 2 of these. One of them, I have never been able to properly align. I have a business in which I print lined recipe cards. The lines always have jags in them and not straight. The second one now is not properly lining up. One section in the center is way off, making these expensive printers sit in my way, unable to use them. I have tried everything recommended to correct, nothing has worked.
