Dosage
After cleansing, apply a dime size amount of scrub to damp skin and work in gentle circular motions on face, neck, and décolleté areas. Do not rub harshly or use a washcloth. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with toner. Note: Scrub should not be used more than three times per week.

Easy routine!
This was recommended to me while I was having a facial with my daughter and her friend. I inquired about the products she was using, and mentioned I always kept my routines simple and most likely would not be purchasing the products, although I enjoyed the facial. She said all she recommends is caster oil applied to my freshly washed face before going to bed, and using this scrub to do a deep cleaning once a week. And, it has worked for me. Simple, Simple.
