Epic Xylitol Toothpaste - Fluoride, Sugar Free & Aspartame Free Toothpaste Sweetened w/Xylitol for Clean Teeth & Gum Health (Spearmint, 4.9oz Tube, 2 Tubes)

I buy this for my relative who has dry mouth stemming from a medication. His teeth are starting to decay due to the dry mouth problem. The dentist recommended xylitol toothpaste with fluoride. That is a difficult combination to find in toothpastes. Most xylitol toothpastes don't contain fluoride, but the Epic toothpaste gives you the choice of with or without fluoride. My relative really likes this toothpaste. It's expensive, but most xylitol toothpaste is. Swanson also has great customer service. When I accidentally ordered the non-fluoride toothpaste, I contacted Swanson right away and they cancelled the order with no problems. Then I ordered the fluoride version.

This is a good toothpaste, the tube is practical and looks nicer than the picture, the texture is really neat and the clean/fresh sensation after brushing is amazing, the flavor was ok, but not my favorite, I wish there were more choices with this brand. The first day I tried I wasn't convinced but after a few brushes, I now like it more each day. I chose Xylitol toothpaste as they say it helps to maintain a healthy pH and as the bacteria can't process it it's cause fewer cavities than sugar. I'll try it out consistently and see if it keeps its promise, so far so good.
