Tasty and works so far

I wanted to try these gummies to help lose weight and fight hunger. Tried the gummies, they taste great, good flavor and much better than swallowing a pill. Instructions are to take 2 gummies 30 min before your biggest meal. It's only been a few days but so far it seems to have helped make me feel fuller. I use to snack all day long but have cut back a lot. Very pleased, will continue to use as directed
