My mother (96) and I (72) have been taking one a day since March 2020. We have stayed healthy the whole time and not even had a cold. No Covid either but we take lots of vitamin D etc as well. I discovered this great drink 10 years ago as an active golfer in the Texas heat. Take 1 pkg before starting my round of golf and one after 9 holes. Never lost energy and with additional water to drink stayed well hydrated. It's a wonderful addition to my health regime.
