Arrived promptly a day earlier than estimated and in great condition. Boots are of very decent quality given that it is for a costume. Buckles are plastic but seem to be adjustable, but that's not needed given that the size medium does fit sizes 10 and 11 feet. Pouches on the side are functional. If one needs these to complete their costume I would highly recommend.
