Please with the Elite Gourmet Grill

Glad I went with the 14" diameter grill. It is quite spacious for grilling sufficient portions of chicken thighs, chicken wings, chicken breast, salmon along with vegetables, turkey/veggie burgers, buns. I like the ease of disassembling the grill to clean up. The vented glass top is cool to the touch. Make sure you let the glass top cool down along with the grill before washing. Clean with a paper towel and use a soft sponge. The bottom base and handles do not get hot, which is a plus. But regardless one needs to be cautious when grilling. The temperature setting heats up pretty fast, yet it is adjustable. It brings an instruction manual that includes a cooking reference chart. Depending on what you're cooking I suggest to keep the temperature lower than indicated as the grill heats up and cooks the food pretty fast. Grill comes in handy when I do not want to use the stove or oven.

I made a pork chop and it was the best pork chop I ever made. The next day, I made another pork chop and again, it was delicious. I hope this will be true for other meals I will try on it. I do regret not buying the smaller %26 cheaper size as the 14" is very large especially considering the base it sits in is 16". I was very relieved when I was able to make room for it since it is circular and seems to need more room than if it was a rectangle shape.

This was the perfect choice for an indoor smokeless grill! I love it! The large surface, glass cover and ease of cleaning exceeded my expectations. It truly does leave authentic grill marks . I've grilled chicken, steak, fish and vegetables all successfully. I would definitely recommend this unit .
