Using a Bicycle Rack
The rack took a little bit to put together. Maybe 10 minutes. Everything worked and fit as it should. I had not used a bicycle rack before so it has taken some time to figure out how to load the Bicycles. I am trying to load an adult standard bike and an adult women's bike with 12 inch stabilizer wheels on a three bike rack. I have it figured out now. The reason it got a 4 instead of a 5 was because the upper hold arms don't work very well for a women's bicycle. At least not for my configuration.
