All products must be returned and inspected before FULL CREDIT is issued or a REPLACEMENT of the same or equal value is given. ROCKY DOES NOT PRO RATE OR OFFER PARTIAL CREDIT. This is my third pair, each have lasted around 5-7 years with extreme use in farming. I will buy another pair just like these when I need to replace them. This is one of the only boots I have found that I can wear in winter or summer and hold up in extreme conditions.
