I bought the 3/4 insert. Was on my feet for 12 hours straight at Lollapalooza 2014 music festival helping working at a friend's food tent. We were the busiest food vendor with non-stop lines. I was managing the staff so I was on my feet all day/night. Helped big time. I moved them to my work shoes. I sit most of the day, but so far it's held up for the past couple days and seem still be in good shape. When I'm out of my day job, I'm usually up and about in meetings, running around non stop. If it falls apart today, I would be happy it saved me for a strenuous work week...hopefully it doesn't and I would say if it's good for 3-6 months, it's well worth it.
