Instructions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

The "mineral boost" is the best of the Sensodyne tooth pastes for me. My dentist suggested that I use tooth paste that gives me additional minerals for my teeth. It has been fantastic for me, but it is very hard to find. I was surprised when I saw that Walmart had it. A few places have it, but prices are exorbitant! I was pleased to find it at a reasonable price.! It's the best toothpaste I have tried for sensitive teeth and gums!

The 3pk was a great value. It's sensitive enough that it won't irritate your gums, but effective enough to know it got the job done.
