Great features, quiet and works great

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this 2 weeks ago and it is the third unit in this house in 10 years. I have to say it's the quietest fan ever, fastest cooking machine of all 3 (LG, Samsung huge magnetron issues) and the little features like starting in 30 second increments, 1 touch defrost make this a desirable appliance. I would recommend it to anyone!

Easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought in 2024 December because I knew the tariffs were going to go into effect so got a great deal on this microwave. Installed in May2025 and it it better than my old Whirlpool. It's easier to clean the front panel.

Good microwave, required turn table repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave about three months ago and it's been good. I did have it repaired last week. The turn table was not working smoothly, it was kind of “clunking” when it turned and it sounded some gears were not completely engaged. The repairman replaced the turn table motor and it seems to be working smoothly now.
