was so excited for this but when we realized the app was incredibly aweful and would not save any creations or challenges we became super disappointed. this was the perfect gift for my son. we tried everything and still could not get anything to save. I dont think they have customer support. no one ever responded. I can't keep waiting for help because my return window us almost up. very upset how expensive and how crappy this product was.

Stay away from Kano

I found 3 of these on clearance at my local Walmart. I bought all 3 for my older kids. My oldest has the kano computer and loves it. the case is very cheap an opens if slightly dropped. 2 days after having them, 2 have stopped working. Since we had no problem with the computer I didnt save the receipt. I contacted the company instead of going back to Walmart. The company won't even let me mail in the 2 defective pixel kits without a copy of the receipt. I have never heard of a company asking for proof of purchase before. Last time we will buy from Kano.
