I love the Cinnamon and Sugar taste. They are crispy but not jaw breaking. i hate to rave about new stuff because it will be gone when i try to order again. My cimplaint about the price is general. Everything is overpriced these days. i really enjoy these cookies. PS i am surprised they do not arrive broken in pieces because they are so light and crispy. The packaging is great i have yet to receive any broken cookies. i like the individual packages.

the flavor is really good and the texture is very nice. it's almost like a light crisp when you bite in. they are fairly crumbly but they generally held the shape well.
