For the sale price it works good. Small and easy to move around. The power cord is not very long. Works good on my vinyl siding with a mildew remover on the heavy areas. Does not work well on my deck. It needs a higher psi. If the deck is not very old it might work. Mine is older and is in direct sunlight.

This unit is very compact and a little bit on the flimsy side as far as construction outside the main body goes. That being said, it still seemed to deliver some decent power on pressure washing an overgrown brick sidewalk / walkway. A few difficulties with it: Electric cord is somewhat short. The washing wand does not take a universal nozzle. The nozzle included may delivery too narrow a washing zone, but there is little kickback. You might be able to swap out the pressure wand to a different more universal one. I did like the fact that the supplied nozzle was width adjustable, but that unfortunately is directly coupled to the amount of pressure supplied. The washing wand is also somewhat short. The provided manual is a bit difficult to read with small font. The foam cannon does not have an on-off switch. I bought the unit based on a web recommendation and sale price. I don't think I would have bought it or kept it at full price, but it is useful for quick jobs where getting out the gas-powered washer is not worth the effort.
