broken wiring on chair

I bought a recliner for my mother and it came damaged. The wiring was broke on the chair and i have been contacting them since July 25.2023 about this and still have not got my money back from them as of today 8/7/2023. I strongly suggest to people to watch how you order from these people. I'm very disappointed in this matter. I will never order anything else from them again. All I want is my money back.
