overall it's ok for what it does. FYI THE INNER PAN GETS EXTREMELY HOT! hot enough to scorch paper%26 melt plastic. please don't allow children to handle this alone the locking handles on the outside are poorly made and have broken off (within the first 2 weeks) with little use. but otherwise it comes in handy for my making sure myom has warm/ hot food around since she's diabetic. the item is fairly well insulated, %26 spill proof. again if the locking mechanism was better reinforcedto keep things closed. but the carry bag does help. it was also well tolerated getting through TSA security, allows for a variety of food to be securely stored for travel.
