So far so good.
The engraving pen is comfortable to hold/use. Light weight and appropriate for light to medium duty work. It does not come with a static engraving pen as shown in the image of what you will receive . Very basic instructions included in the package and a good number of plastic templates for letters, numbers and designs that I have not used yet. No problem charging it and it is convenient that you can use it while plugged in. Disappointing that everything in the ad was not included. Have not had a chance to use it extensively on any project yet.
