Extracts are important.
I've been using these as a dietary supplement. I can't necessarily speak to noticing any differences when I take them, but I do try to incorporate mushroom extract on a regular basis and these work for me. I like the blend of mushrooms and it's important to note that these are extracts and not just dried and ground mushrooms.
