These mini waffles are a staple in my kitchen. I enjoy a couple in the evening with a drizzle of maple syrup and a half banana, or as a breakfast variation. They brown up perfectly in a toaster oven, and the light cinnamon flavor complements that familiar Eggo taste. I think it's snack time right now.

These are a staple in my freezer for the surprise visits I get from my grandkids. Whether it is a sick day or a last minute sleep-over, they love and expect me to have these on hand. The best part is they do not ask for syrup which I am not a fan of the sugar in that. I love having something special that they will remember me always for. I love the cinnamon taste and they toast up perfectly.
