Eckrich Skinless Fully Cooked Smoked Sausage Family Pack, 42 oz

I have tried other brands of smoked sausage and Eckrich is definitely a top contender. They have a great smoky flavor and I like the taste. This package is a little pricey but it will make several meals when cooking for a family. I use them in several dishes I make. If price is an issue I will buy the little smokies instead. It is a versatile meat that can be used for breakfast or dinner. I definitely recommend them.

The cost of living is out of control, we all know that. Still, Walmart is doing all they can to keep prices as low as possible. That said, this item is still of a pretty good value. And for those on a strict budget, especially when it comes to meat products, thus item can be sliced, then quartered and added to different kinds of soups and stews to stretch it out as far a possible. What I normally do is to buy meat in as large a package as possible, and when I get home, I then divide the meat into smaller portions, placing each portion into its own zip lock bag, then putting all the portioned meat into the freezer. That way I take out only what I actually need for each meal.
