The sweater seems a bit thinner than the ones I bought years ago but is still warm and snug. The sweater is oversized which allows larger or taller women to wear it. It will just fit them differently. I'm 6 feet tall and the sweater runs mid thigh on me and the sleeves are so long that I roll them back at the cuffs.
