Carelessness ruined my Christmas for Dad

Item showed up at my door. Opened it up and the glass chessboard was smashed to pieces. Its a Christmas gift for my father. Very, very disappointed. Bad packaging and no fragile warnings on box for handlers. The chess pieces survived but I paid way too much for smashed glass board.
