Podiatrist said I needed a lotion with urea or salicylic acid to apply to callus on my feet for a couple weeks. This lotion has both. You barely use any, so the size of the tub is rather large, and the price silly because of it, but I was happy to find it. It is not as thick as a cream, but not as liquid as a lotion. Apply sparingly. It has a little stick-to-itiveness, so i prefer to wash my hands after using it. No real scent of which to speak.
