I wanted to make a Dubai Chocolate Cheese Cake and it called for Kadayif (Shredded Phyllo Dough). I have never used this product before and was so glad that Walmart had the product already shredded. The product did not disappoint. It was very fresh and it toasted nicely (as required by the recipe). There is a lot of Kadayif in the box so you dont have to worry about being short.
