I use it to help my baby's digestive system. She has a very sensitive G.I. tract (Severe lactose intolerance so I pair it with nutramigen which still makes her spit up) I pair it with her milk to decrease spit up episodes/acid reflux and because she doesn't always use the restroom with the milk alone. This helps her to move her bowels along and it's not too strong (as if given a laxative) or give her hard bowels. She now has very normal and regular stools with this product. It is very easy to open and use and the spout is very helpful. I would recommend that you pour very slowly or use a wide ended funnel because it's easy for the flakes to waste (they are very granulated and airy/light) and get elsewhere than inside of a bottle unless you're using it as a cereal in a bowl for a spoon feeding.

This cereal has been perfect for introducing solids to my little one. I mixed it with some warm formula the other day, and it was the first meal my baby finished with enthusiasm! It's gentle on their tummy and packed with nutrients, so I feel good about what they're eating as they grow and explore new flavors.
