This has been one of the only things that really seem to work. It may only give me half an ounce to maybe an ounce more but I will count it as a win! Lol. I have tried oatmeal, body armor, legendary milk products, cinnamon, brewers yeast, juice w coconut water, and nun have done anything as much as this product has. I usually take all the packets 16- and boil water let it steep then put it in a pitcher and drink it cold at 8 ounces at a time.
