Tastes terrible and still had a hard delivery

The tea itself, without all the hype from other moms, is terrible. It did NOTHING for my delivery BUT it has been a godsend through my postpartum recovery. I don't have any cramping, I feel like it has helped my milk production a little, and my mood is pretty stable. So not a win for delivery but a HUGE win for postpartum. However, every pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum cycle is different for every woman and baby. Try it out and see how it can work for your body.
