I love the slow action of fiberglass I paired it with a Redington Crosswater 4-6wt fly fishing reel - pre-loaded with 5wt line casts are a lot farther than I expected. Caught 2 Bass with it yesterday 12" %26 16" inches going after Trout tomorrow.

Awesome SLOW FIBERGLASS Rod
This ultralight fiberglass rod is an awesome addition to anyone's fly rod collection. It is NOT one of those high tech, nano fiber, cross-linked, titanium embedded, space aged super rods that come with a built in fish finder and autocaster. This is a simple fiberglass rod. Thirty years ago, it would have been considered a world class rod. Today, people laugh at it. But, if you want to have fun catching fish on an ultralight setup, this is a great way to start. It is also a great and forgiving rod to use when teaching young ones the art of fly fishing. When purchased for the right application, I would recommend this rod to anyone!
