Nice product.

It is designed for a spin caster to be positioned upside down and favors the bait caster. Other than that it is a very universal high value. I have a new Premier Alante 235 PTX / Tri-Toon and this is the only rod holder configuration that will work. It attaches to a perfect spot at the very rear of the boat and the holder disassembles leaving the clamp mount in place.....real convenient. It also appears to be of very robust construction. I am very happy with the buy.
