These EZ Foil roaster pans are wonderful. I have used these for years especially during the holidays because they are strong and durable to roast a turkey or hold a big pan of dressing when you have alot of people to feed. It holds up to 20lbs and has a built in rack. It measures 16 1/8 in x 11 3/4 x 2 5/8. It is very deep so you don't have to worry about it over flowing in your oven. I will continue to keep using these pan at every holiday.
