I honestly love the scooter until I didn’t. My initial experience on it was that day hard tires were a bit jarring when the road wasn’t perfectly smooth, but I got used to that, and actually started to love my fun new means of transport. however, one day, on my way to work, I spelled out in the middle of a busy street, and couldn’t tell what had happened. And I had injuries, was badly scraped up, and when I inspected the road, I didn’t see any debris I could have hit or flaws in the street that could have caused an accident. since that accident, I have seen three people with the same scooter, and noticed that it was either taped up or rigged, because they had clearly experienced the same malfunction I did. the stand to the handlebar had broken on all of these and at the same part. The interior rod breakage causes the handlebars to no longer stabalize the wheel. Once that happens the wheel can turn freely and unexpectedly, causing the driver to spill out. upon further inspection, the bolt that holds the upper handlebar to the bottom fell out and seems to have been the cause. I would have raved about this product at first, but now that I’ve seen many people have the exact same accidents as I did, I would highly recommend avoiding this product, or looking into an updated model.

we bought the scooter and the next day it broke they did send a part in the mail which fixed the problem but only to have somethimg else break about a week or two later and now no one from evercross will respond to me or try and help resolve the problem.
