Each tablet is packed with four milligrams of Chlorpheniramine Maleate, an antihistamine, and 10 milligrams of Phenylephrine HCl, a nasal decongestant. Best allergy medicine on the market
I've been taking these pills for years and the combination of an antihistamine and decongestant is not easy to find. In my experience, they work in about 15 minutes while other allergy pills take up to an hour. I've shared them with many allergy sufferers and they are always grateful. I only had one person who said that the pill made her tired. They don't make me tired personally. I think they are fantastic and honestly I would be lost without them. My allergies are BAD. I've been getting shots for 12 years, take Zytec and Singulair (24 hour medicines) along with nasal spray! Still, when my allergies are acting up, it is THESE that I reach for and they always make me feel better.

Due to severe allergies to binding products in all oral tablets, this product is the ONLY one I have found that actually stops the allergy symptoms and I do not have a reaction to the pill.
