Finally - a diet compatible beef strip

Due to multiple food allergies and sensitivities it can be challenging to find packaged foods that I can eat, especially protein rich snacks. I was thrilled to discover the Wagyu Beef Snack Strips a couple of years ago at my local co-op. I really like the short ingredient list, that they are sweetened with honey (cane sugar and it's derivatives as well as corn are a no go for me). The flavor is great, texture is dense but chewable. These strips have become a stand-by for snacking during the day and have featured prominently in my fueling plan for ultra marathons (they really hit the spot from mile 35 on).
