Surprisingly helpful
I have heel pain and work as a nurse. These were very helpful and I thought when it was time to take them off it would be painful again. After removing them my heels were not as painful as before. I think these are great and recommend them for any heel pain.

Works great for my heel pain!
My heels started hurting a few months back as I started talking regular walks before and after work. I was also losing weight and didn't want to abandon the benefits of exercise. I decided to add these heel guards to the arch supports I was using and the gel comfort insoles I had in my sneakers. They're a perfect addition to the "toolbox" for dealing with painful feet.
