Someone else put it together for me. He did a good job. We were surprised how light weight it is and even though it is kind of double paneled I'm not sure how warm or insulted it is but it will keep my dog dry I. The rain or snow. I will usually bring her inside in bad weather unless I am out of town. I will be putting bedding inside to keep her warm. It looks really nice.

Great dog house at a excellent price.

Sturdy easy to put together a doghouse. We are going to put spray foam in the spaces at the two ends on the peak of the roof to discourage wasps from nesting. You could cut a piece of Styrofoam to stick in that space as well. Otherwise it is perfect. Very pleased!

XL Dog House

The dog house looks great and is fairly heavy assembled. It's large enough that our large labs can stand up and move around inside. Things to consider: -Assembly may be challenging for some. Instructions are clear. You will need to drill holes for some screws that are not predrilled. -Insulation, think of corrugated cardboard only thicker and vinyl. The air pockets are not filled. So the insulation value remains to be seen. -Consider placement. We have ours inside the garage for the fall/winter. Can't saw how it will hold up to sun, winds and rain.
