This seller is horrible

The product it's self is good! My review is for the seller. I do not recommend ordering from this seller. I submitted a request in October to have my order re-processed and I never received an answer back. My order arrived damaged due to improper packaging. At the time I contacted Walmart.com and requested for the order to simply be re-processed and packed properly for safe delivery. I never received a response from the seller or Walmart.com regarding my request. I have already trashed the items. I had to go to the store and re-purchase the items. I ordered the items to donate to my daughter's high school marching band and needed to products by a certain date and never received my replacement items or my refund
