Volcano nozzles are designed for the E3D Volcano heater block. From standard to super-fat layering, you'll be making stronger, faster and bigger prints in no time. This super fast printing nozzle prints large layer heights at extremely high flow rates. Volcano nozzles have extra-long heated meltzones for ultimate filament melt speeds. E3D have also carefully crafted the internal geometry tooptimise flow and throughput, as well as ensuring the nozzle tip is appropriately sized for flatteningdown extra wide printed traces.

Made from a special high-temperature copper alloy with a softening point of well above 500°C, and with much-increased thermal conductivity, these copper nozzles are perfect for high temperature applications, while working perfectly with everyday filaments like PLA, ABS and spoolWorks EDGE. In addition to high temperature performance these nozzles have an advanced nickel-based plating, considerably reducing the adhesion of plastic to the nozzle.
