Moist and almost like cookie dough
They're not lying when they say these are "ridiculously amazing." They are so moist and even though they're baked they almost taste like cookie dough. The coconut definitely stands out, which is a plus for me but may be a surprise for some since it's not advertised on the front.

Love these. I can mow through them in a matter of days if I am not careful. I like that they have good ingredients! Reminiscent of an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie in flavor. They are about 2-3in cubes, and can be eaten room temperature or frozen. 2/4 of my kids love them!
