Excellent vacuum. The different attachments are great. The wall mount is very user friendly. Battery life is sufficient for me with 1800 square feet to vacuum on low power setting. Picks up so much pet hair I need to empty the canister 3x when vacuuming the house. Love that the brush roll does not grind any gears or belts when it snags. The brush just stops, you lift it up, and then it starts spinning again. My previous stick vacuum would make a terrible grinding sound with snags and it eventually lost torque and kept snagging more and more often.

Why didn't I get this sooner?
This is my 2nd Dyson Animal, so I can have one upstairs and one downstairs. It's just as good as my original so far. I love that it cleans efficiently without the roaring motor that terrifies my animals, and without the high power draw that blows the circuit breaker. It's lightweight and always handy, so much easier on my aging joints and aching back. It is easy to maintain - just wash the filters occasionally - and it never needs repairs. I never thought I would love a vacuum -- live and learn!
