The Dyson Pure Hot + Cool is the only purifying heater + fan to clean a whole room properly. To simultaneously purify and heat a whole room properly, the Dyson Pure Hot+CoolTM purifying heater + fan goes beyond standard tests by automatically sensing pollution, capturing ultrafine pollutants, and projecting purified and heater air using Air MultiplierTM technology. It is the only purifying heater + fan designed and tested to do this.
¹Tested for air projection (DTM801), purification coverge in a 2860ft³ room (TM-003711), and heating performance in a 1236ft³ room (DTM961).

I recently discovered that my fan does not like the smell of bacon (just rude) and it will register the “pollutants “ and kick into action. It's pretty neat if you ask me. As for the heating function- I love it. I set it on auto to 67-68 and just let it do its thing. So far-so good. I have a small apt so it doesn't run like my electric wall heater. I'd rather freeze than risk running that one at night. It's old and uses WAY too much energy to run during the winter. So far, I've purchased three Dyson products and not one has disappointed me. Oh-another plus is that the filters only need to be replaced yearly…unless you cook a lot of bacon. lol. Definitely buy this one! Refurb is the way to go if it's available to buy.
