So Willa and I went on a Thai cooking binge after going to a new place in town called Wok This Way which is mostly Chinese cooking but also has Thai dishes like Thai Curry with Chicken but in there they put these title strips of stuff called bamboo shoots which you would think would be tough to eat with fiber and all and I remember seeing a news report on the tv that showed panda bears eating bamboo and brother, that never looked appetizing to me, let me tell you! But these here bamboo shoots are a nice surprise, a little bit chewy and a little bit crunchy and you can order em on Walmart and they'll deliver em right to your door. But then you have to get the rest of the ingredients for your Thai curry and find a good recipe. You can really have fun learning to cook Thai food if you try and the results will be good. Maybe not as good as Wok This Way but they really know what they're doin down there.
