This unit will help streamline your foodservice operations in a commercial sandwich shop, cafeteria or fast food restaurant. A removable and reversible cutting board provides convenient prep space. The doors have recessed handles that are easy to grip. Store ingredients, toppings, garnishes and more in the 12 cubic feet refrigerated compartment below the workspace, which can accommodate full-size sheet pans. Keep the food organized with the two heavy-duty epoxy coated shelves, one per section/door. The refrigerator maintains a temperature of 33°F to 41°F (1°C to 5°C). This energy-efficient refrigerated prep station is engineered with solid-state controls and a forced-air system that delivers consistent and easily adjustable temperature performance. This unit is designed to maximize energy cost savings with its polyurethane foam insulated walls and LED temperature display. The unit is equipped with an integrated condensate evaporator, meaning no drain line connection is needed. The unit is easy to clean with its durable stainless steel exterior and powder coated aluminum interior. Ideal for any space, the unit has four swivel casters (two with brakes) so it’s easy to move and maneuver to meet your needs.
